Don't know when you compiled this podcast, but having Eagles of Death Metal as the first track was very poignant.

Yes, it is poignant, Jock, and thanks for noticing. But also as I like to say "the irony of all ironies" as this track, being a new release from just this past October, was actually bumped from the 11.1.15 show due to lack of time and space.
So yes, it did find it's way to the proper show, date and set placement after all, on Zombie Mind Freak - Vol. 271, which seems to have be my ongoing luck doing BRYHNH since 2004.
As a side note note, the title and graphic of this show was due to the massive unravelllng (note the unspooled cassette) and putting back together of this show as things changed over the previous 72 hours before it's release. Hence the show is full of double and triple entendres from the John Cusak intro to the very last note . . .
